1. How does ordering work? 
Jason prepares meals on the weekends. You can order food Sunday- Thursday night at 10 pm. Food is delivered Sunday morning between 9-11:30 am, depending on the order of  your position for deliveries. We cannot guarantee a set time your order will arrive, its is based on the route for that day. Thank you for understanding. 

2. How long do our meals last? 
Our meals are designed to last 4 days in the refrigerator, and up to 2-3 weeks in refrigerator. 

3. How big are our meals? 
They fit in a 28 oz container. There is 4-6 oz of protein with 1 cup of starch and 1 cup of vegetables. Many clients use the meal for two meals or share with another person. 

4. How many people does the Family Size serve? 
The family meals serve about 4-5 serving sizes.
