New York native, Chef Jason, crafts phenomenal all organic and antibiotic free recipes while utilizing the Chef's Cuisine mantra of "Keeping It Healthy". Chef Jason, has a wide range of experience in the culinary arts. Food is his passion and he loves having the ability to create and design his own menus that deliver a unique experience to his clients. Chef Jason, graduated from the French Culinary Institute in New York and has a degree in Food and Nutrition. Chef Jason, started his culinary career working at renowned New York City restaurants such as Union Square Café and Michelin-starred Gramercy Tavern.
